We use an Awareness Interview to help establish your service needs, and base our fee upon a national average established by a fees survey conducted by Pet Sitters International in 2009 (survey is usually conducted annually)
- Type of service to be performed
- Time required to perform service
- Number of, and types of pets
- Number of times service is to be performed
The industry standard is normally a 25-30 minute visit or walk
Our fee for a visit or walk of 25-30 minutes is below the national average.
We can do longer visits or walks at 15 minutes intervals (40-45 minute; 55-60 minute, etc.) with a fee adjustment.
A discount is given on contracts having more than 9 visits which last at least 25-30 minutes each. The discount starts with visit number ten (first nine are regular price).
At this time we can ONLY do a 12-15 minute visit in Streetsboro. These 12-15 minute visits are not subject to any discount.
Holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas and after 3:30pm on Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve there is a $2 surcharge per visit..

The Awareness Interview allows us to serve you, your pet, or your home, in keeping with your individual requirements and service needs. We usually have two of our sitter/walkers attend these meetings, because introducing you, and your pets to two sitter/walkers makes it easy to provide continuous service, if your regular sitter/walker would need to have a substitute.
The Awareness Interview (usually 35-50 minutes) allows everyone (sitter/walkers, pets & owners) to get acquainted. You learn about us, and we learn your pet and household routines so we can create a more seamless transition when you leave your pet, or home in our professional care. These interviews really help us maintain a daily routine for your pets (pets need near to normal routine).
Gift Certificates are a wonderful way to give purchasing power to someone needing pet services. Maybe they can no longer walk their dog, or they have had surgery and need assistance caring for their pet while they are recovering - whatever - we are here to help pet owners provide loving care for their precious pets. Available in any denomination.
